Start your fitness journey here. Understanding your body composition, metabolism and stress levels is the first step to building an accurate foundation for targeted workouts. Step on the mat and our technology does the rest.

Habit Plan

When it comes to getting fit, there really is no one-size-fits-all. Using your body scans, your fitness plan is the unique guide you need to achieving a consistent and in-depth approach to weight-loss, strengthening and mobility. We also help you work through healthy habit building and create an actionable plan that fits into your daily lifestyle.


Our fitness gurus, aka our expert on-site trainers, are there to push and motivate you to follow your fitness plan and are guaranteed a friendly face to make you feel comfortable and at home.




STEP 3

Get Working

When you enter our gym in St Leonards, our smart equipment automatically sets to your body measurements and workout plan. Save time and remove the guesswork on each machine with no adjustments required.


In every 35 minute workout, our system records your data and transmits it back to track and improve your progress. SHAiPE does the hard work so you can just focus on getting fit.



STEP 4

See (and Feel)
Your Progress

Every 8-12 weeks, you will meet with your trainer to re-scan and reassess your body and progress. With your workouts being recorded and tracked, we can further adjust your fitness plan to keep you on track and motivated.


Sometimes your goals change along with your progress, we ensure that you are striving for a better, healthier you and are able to change your fitness plan towards a goal that makes you happy. Not only will you see the hard work, we are sure you will feel it too.

  • How do the smart machines work?

    Our state-of-the-art connected equipment is tailored to your body with a scan of your unique wristband. The equipment gives live feedback and guides each movement in a fun and engaging graphic on the dedicated screen.

    Class Schedule -

    Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 5:55am, 6:45am, 5:10pm, 6pm & 6:50pm. 

    Access Hours – 

    Mon to Fri – 5am to 10pm

    Sat & Sun – 5am to 8pm.
