Our flagship studio is based at the Landmark building in St Leonards.

Easily accessible by car (2 hour free parking in “St Leonards Square by Mirvac” Wilson car park next door, accessed through Nicholson Street) or public transport (located opposite St. Leonards station).

What are your off-peak hours?

Our off-peak hours are:

Mon-Thurs: 7:30am-11:30am & 1:30pm-4:30pm.

Fri: 7:30am-11:30am & 1:30pm-5:30pm.

Sat: 7am-12pm.

Are SHAiPE trainers always available at the studio?

Our trainers are always present on the floor to discreetly supervise and motivate you each time you work out.

Normal gyms are intimidating, how is SHAiPE different?

You will see no drill sergeant trainers or rows of steel dumbbells. Instead you will enjoy a relaxing, calm, convenient and fun studio in which you enjoy your work out.

How big is SHAiPE?

Our studios are small and intimate. We have specifically designed our spaces to create a relaxed and personal environment where you can feel comfortable in your health and fitness journey.

Do I pay extra for instructions by your personal trainers? 

No, at SHAiPE there is always a personal trainer on the floor to discreetly guide you and give you instructions where needed. Furthermore, you will have a private session with one of our trainers every 8-12 weeks to review progress and adapt your training plan. All of this is included in the membership.

Do I pay extra for scans?

No, you can do your own body composition scans whenever you want and every 8-12 weeks you will do multiple body scans together with one of our trainers, to review your progress and set new goals.

How do I get to the SHAiPE studio by car, by train, or by bus?

SHAiPE is located right across the St. Leonards train station, so can easily be reached by train and bus. Furthermore, the Wilson Parking located in the Mirvac Square, St. Leonards offers two hours free parking and is only 2 walking minutes away from the Landmark, where SHAiPE is located.

Do you have the necessary expertise for rehab exercising?

Yes, we have an exercise Physiologist who will help you get back on track after an injury. We have specific scans and equipment to make your rehabilitation as safe and fast as possible.

Can I fit a workout at SHAiPE into a one-hour lunch break?

Yes, at SHAiPE you will make the most out of your time. Our circuit training allows you to train your whole body in 17.5 - 35 minutes.

Do I have to sign up for a training session?

No, at SHAiPE you can do your workout however your schedule allows.

Do you offer classes?

A big part of the SHAiPE experience is our circuit training. It has all the advantages of a small group class with the added benefit that you can do your training whenever you want. That means you will never work out alone and have a trainer to always help you out.
