Guided Workouts

Whether you’re working with our always-on-the-floor trainers or choosing some time for you to workout alone, each machine you work on automatically configures to your unique body measurements and weight using your special wristband. 


No fiddling with settings or worrying about heavy machinery, just scan, sit and follow the directions on the screen. Thanks to this advanced technology, your workouts only require 35 minutes, 2-3 times a week due to their hyper-targeted muscle and bone activations.

Most gyms or fitness studios motivate their customers with pumping music and loud trainer directions, but not us. We ensure a calm and inviting experience so you can focus on your workouts, without the raucous.

  • How much exercise do seniors need?
